I had to pick up my mother from the hospital, she has dementia and I was trying to get there quickly except the FOB stopped working and I couldn't exit the garage. I called the number posted as it was after hours and on a weekend. Nothing could be done. I had to Uber to get my mother. Poor property management, problem in communication just a few Owner 1100 Ambleside Drive
If I could put zero stars I would!!!! They don't listen and are closed to people opinion. We can often find the front desk empty in our building. I don't think they trained well their employees to be helpful and the owner wasn't either so says a lot. Some staff is friendly and are willing to help Adam and James but some employees are terrible to deal with, it's not normal to feel unwanted and watched in your own place/building.
