Went in to get a balance test. I've been trying to figure out why I've been dizzy for months and no one else even suggested this time of testing. The testing was very professionally done with excellent equipment and they determined specifically what is causing my dizziness. Nice to have these people to rely on.
Finding someone who can perform balance testing and who can interpret the testing has proved challenging for me until I was able to get into Capital Institute. I saw an audiologist here, she performed the testing thoroughly and explained all results. I'll actually be coming back for more testing in the coming weeks and have been very pleased with my experience here.
My visit went well. Nobody wants to be at a Dr’s office for 3 hours of testing, but they made it as comfortable as possible. The 2 Dr’s who tested me are amazing—friendly, patient and professional. They answered all my questions, explained each procedure step by step so you’re informed and know exactly what is next. When my testing was complete, the Dr gave me literature about my condition so I could read up on it and offered ginger ale.
