While the Dr.'s here are good, they will literally nickel and dime you. They say that they sell hearing aids unbundled, I did not know that did not include the cost of fitting (I have never hear of an audiologist that did not include fitting and one-two followup in the initial cost of the hearing aids . . . yes even those selling unbundled). What upset me most was when one hearing aid stop working less than 2-week into the trail. They charged my insurance (I had to pay the copay), for a defective hearing aid that they sold .... read more

I'm going to start off saying that I liked the doctors here. They're friendly and they seem to know what they're doing. Would give 5 stars if that's all I had to deal with. But billing... holy cow. They gave me an estimated cost for new hearing aids after looking at my insurance, and it seemed reasonable, so I went with the more expensive hearing aid options. Went in to get a balance test. I've been trying to figure out why I've been dizzy for months and no one else even suggested this time of testing. The testing was very professionally done with excellent equipment and they determined specifically what is causing my dizziness. Nice to have these people to rely on.

Finding someone who can perform balance testing and who can interpret the testing has proved challenging for me until I was able to get into Capital Institute. I saw an audiologist here, she performed the testing thoroughly and explained all results. I'll actually be coming back for more testing in the coming weeks and have been very pleased with my experience here.
