In today for a hearing device evaluation ( i had brought my own Audiometric results ) Joseph at the front desk is v professional and considerate. Dr. Jacob Stewart , whom i did not have to wait very long to be seen by, was well able to provide me with the info and answers to questions. He was obviously enthusiastic. He pointed out that that CIHB works with 5 equipment providers. Dr. Pastorelli is an excellent provider: she is very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We found she does her utmost to identify our needs and work with us find solutions.
Clinician took her time, did thorough testing and explained clearly as she worked. Would highly recommend.
Dr Ortiz is so amazing. Her energy makes the experience wonderful. Thank you Also for the staff.
