they never get back to me only when they need information and i have not been able to work in this country for as long as i could work and i have no clue where my immigration status even stands due to being kept in the dark and poor communication and the willingness to pick up a case from out of state. i am very unsatisfied to the point i'm willing to leave a facebook review in hopes that it will trigger a response.
