Worst place to buy car !! Run and don’t look back They don’t inspect there car properly and just put onto lot with out any problems Bought a lemon from them and not even 6 months had major problems. They don’t properly inspected there cars. Then try and blame the customer . There not inspecting there cars properly Selling y that have no business on the lot Be aware !! They won’t back up there cars and blame you r for the problem

I want to let this Dealership know how terribly disappointed I am in their customer support. I have a Santa Fe that I bought new back when it was Stevenson. I purchased a lifetime warranty. Their service was awesome. I am now having an electrical issue with my vehicle and have attempted to get it fixed, or purchase a new vehicle. My husband has called a couple of times over the past week to discuss the issue with the Service Department. They are always busy and take his number to return the call, but never do. We received an excellent service! Got a convenient for us appointment on a short notice, on Saturday. Justin and Robert were super quick, thorough and professional. Everything went smoothly, faster than we thought and we ended up paying less than we anticipated. Very satisfied with our experience!

I had a 10:00 AM appointment and arrived at 9:45. I didn't receive any updates, and when I came to the desk at 11:45 to ask about my car, it was immediately brought up. That made it seem like it may have been ready already. Either way, I would have appreciated better communication. Waiting nearly two hours for a routine oil change without any updates isn't the level of service I expected.

I went to Capital Hyundai to buy a new car. I was very fortunate to have Emmanuel Thompson as my salesman. He was patient and kind when I had him jumping through hoops. I was very particular what kind of car I wanted, what “perks” were required and, most importantly, it had to be red. He wheeled and sealed and found my ideal car. I ended up with a red Kona with most important “perks”. I love it and I thank Emmanuel for finding it. And his service did not end at the sale.
