Had a great experience from the time we walked on the lot. Timothy Watson was our salesman. He was very informative and answered all our questions. Sales manager and finance manager were helpful also. This is my first SUV and I absolutely love it!! My first Hyundai purchase and it won't be my last. Exceptional service from everyone we met. And I have recommended Capital Hyundai to everyone that saw my Kona today!!
Capital Hyundai had the very best price and selection for the type of vehicle we were looking for. Donna was very knowledgeable about the car and all of its features. The manager also followed up with us. We visited other area dealers but they could not match Capital on price or value. Thank you for making this a positive experience for us. I just recently made a purchase here and I must say Nate was so great! He was fully transparent, no gimmicks with him! He explained everything thoroughly and was not pushy at all! 10/10 would recommend working with him on your next purchase. Mike the GM was fantastic and very helpful. And one last shoutout to the finance man Avery! He was so kind and pleasant. It was nice to have a respectful finance agent. They really do have a great team at the Greensboro Capital Hyundai dealership. Go see them!
Capital Hyundai Held My Money And Ghosted Me After The Sale. I purchased a new 2025 Hyundai and traded in my 2022 Hyundai. There was an $8700 loan payoff to Hyundai Motor Finance on the 2022 vehicle. Capital Hyundai took the $8700 as part of the deal for the new car but didn't forward that money to Hyundai Motor Finance.
