RecommendedI dropped my company car off on Wednesday and I knew it needed tires and oil change. Well I also needed an inspection. They were great kept me informed about everything. They called Lyft to get me home. My customer service agent was fantastic. Returning in a few months for another oil change. Keep up the good work.

We bought a car for my daughter. It was late May. She was told she had a 36k warranty. It has been 5 months, battery is dead. We are now told that she does not have a warranty. This car should have had a through inspection prior to buying it. Now they are waving and getting nasty. As a Military family that has to rely and believe that people will not lie and cheat a college student that is exactly what they did to my daughter. If your looking for customer service, look else where. They provided a competitive price for the vehicle. Even have a check in hand for them, but they DONT WANT my business. They are HORRIBLE at communication. They are NOT RESPONSIVE. I have tried to resolve this with the dealership directly but have had NO LUCK, because they dont have anyone to answer the phone. Better communication. Charged over 30.00 for a vehicle inspection. Conducted full inspection and charged to only find it didn’t pass due to window tint which could be seen before wasting time to conduct a full inspection and bill. Passed previous 3 inspections with same windows which where 5% too dark? 1st and only time. Won’t be back. Another dealer more concerned about the $ than the customer.
AWEFUL PLACE!! A year ago, I drove 3 hours to purchase a car and had a great experience!! Last week, I attempted to become a repeat customer and experienced the worse service ever. I wonder if they have changed managers but something has changed for the absolute worse. Don't waste your time, energy or money!
Don't trust these people and don't give them the opportunity to bait and switch when buying a car.
WOULD NOT HONOR EXTENDED WARRANTY cause car is now over 100,000,didnt know there was recall problem till steering started acting up.I have the money to fix,but what if I didnt,this dealership would risk my death rather than fix car
