Have an amazing experience at this location. Worked with Nicole, Brandon, and Brian. All were great and got me in a new car with a great payment. I usually hate coming in and talking for hours just to go back and forth. Not here, Nicole told me upfront what my options were and I walked out the door shortly after with the exact car I needed. A very nice store with a great staff.
Went in on a Thursday afternoon for a routine service and the service itself went fine but one of the people working on the cars went into my backseat and swapped out a brand new iPhone charger with one that was clearly not new and well used. I didn't notice before driving home. When I did I called and tried to talk to the server manager he was in a meeting so I went back up to the dealership to talk to him after. Emmanuel Khamala was an excellent sales associate to have, he even helped figure out what i actually wanted, made me realize the car i was going for was not really the car i was desiring so i greatly appreciate the care he had into not only selling me the car i want but also making sure it’s something i will like in the long run!
