I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. Check in went smoothly however 3 1/2 hours in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, I asked why it was taking so long. So sorry, we’re short staffed. Really, why wasn’t that information shared at check in, preparing me for 4 hours of sitting in a freezing waiting room, whene I could at least made arrangements for someone to check on my dog? Actual scammers. Selling work that they know the car doesn't need, hoping that the owner doesn't know any better. They let my wife get an alignment, knowing damn well she needed tires soon AND the car didn't even need an alignment as it sat.
