Update: after visiting their service department, had to update. Showed up early for an appointment & they waited 3 hours after my scheduled appointment to tell me they don't have time to figure out what's wrong with my car so I'd have to leave it or bring it back tomorrow, so I left it. The next day after calling multiple times and being told they'd call me back, I had to drive to the place to finally be told what was wrong and when I could pick it up. I really have the praise the service department at Capital Hyundai! I recently had to bring my vehicle in for some warranty work and from the moment I first arrived I met the most courteous and professional staff I have ever seen. While it is never fun having your vehicle serviced they truly go above and beyond to make it the best experience possible. I will certainly be back for service and when the time comes for my next purchase as well.
Tons of lies by the dealers. Said they needed to update the system of a car we bought but they couldn’t give to us? Cam back the next day and realized they are saying they need to update the car and it’s not even the year that needs the update. Making up recalls. They also piled up $7k more in the final price from vip packages they “legally had to sell with the car” though that is not true. Overall misleading and a waste of my day.
We damaged a side mirror on our car, so we called and booked an appointment to have it replaced. The afternoon before our appointment, Sonia called and left a voicemail saying "please call back" with no further details. In the morning, we called three separate times to determine if they had the part to replace our mirror. The service desk phone rolls over to scheduling, who has no idea what's going on.
