I had a cylinder and pump that needed to be rebuilt and I went to Capital Hydraulics in Raleigh. It took them two weeks to get back to me and say that they had to be replaced. They didn't look bad enough to me to need replacing so I got them back, took them to another shop, Mid Atlantic in Dunn they rebuilt them no problems. They work fine and it was half the price of Capital Hydraulics!
