I am a long term Hot Springs customer. I bought my first spa in 1991 at the original Fairfax store and bought the replacement for it in 2017. That's right, my first one lasted 26 years of almost daily use and probably could have been repaired even then. I also bought one for my daughter. So happy with my hot tub and experience at Capital Hot Tubs in hyattstown. I’ve had it now for two years and been enjoying my Pace model. I also love the variety of seats we got and the LED lights are fun. We got the dark brown color along with steps.
You never answer your phone and when I drive over you leave hours early than your stated hours of operation. We deserve a little better service when purchasing 30 - 40K spas.
Great selection on tubs and accessories.
Tub was cleaned and refilled, however water levels are decreasing so there is a leak somewhere. This happened about a year ago as well, but now I have to wait till mid-November for a service tech to determine what is wrong. Bummed it’s not usable 🫤
