Great store and amazing customer service. Barb (sales) helped me with a problem my hot tub was having by getting technician out in just a few days ( tub was 3 hours away from their base of operations). Matt ( technician) showed up on time and quickly got everything up and running perfectly. He was out of cell service but sent a very detailed text explaining everything as well as called once he was back in cell service area. Would I buy another hot tub? Fantastic experience. Went in on a Sunday and two weeks later had a fully operational FANTASTIC hot tub. Alex was super helpful and helped make sure I got it up and running by walking me through the start up and maintenance of it.
This is the place to buy a hot tub! Both Alex and Barb are great.
I am a long term Hot Springs customer. I bought my first spa in 1991 at the original Fairfax store and bought the replacement for it in 2017. That's right, my first one lasted 26 years of almost daily use and probably could have been repaired even then. I also bought one for my daughter. So happy with my hot tub and experience at Capital Hot Tubs in hyattstown. I’ve had it now for two years and been enjoying my Pace model. I also love the variety of seats we got and the LED lights are fun. We got the dark brown color along with steps.
