Bought a hot tub 3 months ago, it does not work, company has hung up on me several times, after many tries they schedule a visit for a month from the time of the call for the January 16th when I called to get a time for the visit they said they can’t give me time and hung up, I’ll wait till the repair visit to update this review or take legal action. Stay away from them if you don’t want this experience
Nick was amazing and very informative and helpful. He’s a super friendly guy and easy to talk to and ask questions.
Capital Hot Tubs, Nick and the rest of the staff were great to work with even though I ultimately went a different direction. Great company and I am looking forward to working with them when I’m in the market for a hot tub.
