Worked with Nick on selecting a sauna that fit our space. He was excellent at every step of the process and would gladly work with him again if he moves to another business. Unfortunately after Nick it’s all downhill. Delivery was several hours late (this happens) but there was zero communication about the delay so it wasn’t until we called to ask what was going on that someone thought to share this info. We went everywhere and looked at and sat in all the different brands of hot tubs. We chose to go with a Hot Springs spa and we could not be happier with it! Nick was so helpful and knowledgeable- go see him and check out these wonderful tubs:)

Writing a review for this place isn't even worth the effort. Horrible customer service!!!
We went to try and hit a Memorial Day sale for a hot tub and stopped by Capital Hot Tub & Saunas in Rockville. We met Nick, our wellness consultant. He was extremely professional and courteous and we decided to purchase a new hot springs grandee. Even with the holiday, it was delivered in 4 days, which amazed us! Nick, thanks for all your help and I’m glad we stopped by for the Hot Springs. I didn’t catch the delivery guys name, but they were also very professional and got in and out real fast!
