Matt from the service team is highly knowledgable and would recommend to anyone.
Worked with Nick on selecting a sauna that fit our space. He was excellent at every step of the process and would gladly work with him again if he moves to another business. Unfortunately after Nick it’s all downhill. Delivery was several hours late (this happens) but there was zero communication about the delay so it wasn’t until we called to ask what was going on that someone thought to share this info. Product arrived damaged - both cosmetic damage to the wood and structural damage such that the door cannot entirely close... read more
We went everywhere and looked at and sat in all the different brands of hot tubs. We chose to go with a Hot Springs spa and we could not be happier with it! Nick was so helpful and knowledgeable- go see him and check out these wonderful tubs:)
