This place is the only place I'll take my car now. I had my car there for a week as they tried to figure out a mystery diagnosis for my 2011 BMW. Trying to find anyone in Bismarck to work on BMWs is a miracle itself, much less trying to find someone who is legit and doesn't cost all the money. They took extra care of me and my car, and didn't charge me and arm and a leg. The staff and owners are friendly, and they are honest. Road tripped from Kansas and made it all the was to North Dakota to find out our car was flooding with oil, the service all around was very friendly and understanding, made the experience much less stressful!
Best place to go. Been coming here for a few years. They are reasonable, when they say it will be done it is, and will always take my vehicle here!
These guys are great! They are always very friendly and helpful. Today was the icing on the cake...my windshield wipers had gotten caught up on each other and one came off. I went to Capital Heights to have it put back on and realized that both wipers broke when I separated them. I’d gotten the wipers here 3-6 months ago. Not only did they put the blades on for me, they did not charge me for them! You expect that when you get a faulty part or something was installed incorrectly; but this is my stupid car’s fault.
