I had a routine service call for our ****** furnace on November 8th, and the technician (Brandon) was a true exception to his trade. Respectful, honest, knowledgeable about all aspects of our unit and very helpful in information to help prolong the longevity of the unit. A genuine master to his trade and a quality employee to have in any company. A refreshing experience for any customer that does business when customers put their trust in for great workmanship.

This complaint is years in the making. I originally posted all of the information on ******, but after my most recent experience, I want to make sure their inability to have basic customer satisfaction is well noted. Buyer beware - Capital Heat does not care about you. I had several companies give me an estimate, but Capital Heat had the best sales pitch and really made me feel like they had my best interests at hand. I had one of their technicians come to my home and replace an inducer. He told me the part was $992.94. He gave a senior citizen discount of 10%. I believed their technician mistakenly overcharged me for the part. I looked up the retail cost of the same part and it was a third of the price I was quoted. I know it was the weekend and the young lady I spoke to told me the difference would be a $40 to $50 service charge. It was 17 degrees outside so I was willing to pay the additional service charge. Capital Heat has always provided great service. They are very dependable. I have both heating and air conditioning installed and serviced by them. It good to know when you need someone they will show up and in a timely manner, thank you Capital Heat.
