The reception staff needs to improve their communication. I had an appointment scheduled but never received a phone call, voicemail, or any notification that it had been cancelled. When I arrived, I was told that Dr. Ali was not working that day. This has now happened twice. They also rarely answer the phone, making the number on their website practically useless. I hope they improve their communication to provide a better experience for their patients!!

السلام عليكم لماذا لا احد يرد على هاتف العيادة ؟ يعني كيف ممكن المريض يحجز موعد عشان يشوف طبيبه ؟ اصبح الاتصال بعيادتكم علة جديدة غير العلة اللي جاي بيها المريض . اكيد استعلامات العيادة فيها خلل حاولوا تصلحوا الخلل
