The doctor should change all the staff in the office because they lack ethics.
The reception staff are very bad, rude and disrespectful, they lie and talk rudely and loudly, they need to learn customer service and etiquette at the same time they answer the phone and put you on hold for a long time then they hang up, I took a video of them doing this to the callers just like they did to me several times, I will file a complaint about everything that happens here.
Communication with the receptionists is impossible! So rude and hangs the phone after telling u can you hold?! Like what kind of a professional communication is this? How busy could u be once u open your clinic? How could someone reschedule and appointment if their appointment is at 10:15 and u open at 9?!
