I’ve been going to Dr. Tikreeti for years now, and she takes care of my whole family. She’s thorough, actually listens instead of rushing you out the door, and takes the time to explain what’s going on and why she’s recommending a certain treatment. Unfortunately I find all reviews have the same problem and for years the matter has not been resolved They do not change the receptionists and do not try to change their unprofessional work style I do not recommend this clinic A bad service from my doctor to the receptionist Even a doctor when she complains he puts blame on the patient I don't know who has to take care of the patient takes care of the receptionists and the doctor or vice versa 000000. The receptionist is rude, does not listen and just wants to wrap the call in 2 seconds. Very unprofessional.
The reception staff needs to improve their communication. I had an appointment scheduled but never received a phone call, voicemail, or any notification that it had been cancelled. When I arrived, I was told that Dr. Ali was not working that day. This has now happened twice. They also rarely answer the phone, making the number on their website practically useless. I hope they improve their communication to provide a better experience for their patients!!
