Literally the worst clinic there is in ottawa. The doctors and the reception staff are absolutely terrible. They dont know how to do their job, they are disrespectful and absolutely disgusting. They refuse to do their job, and when they attempt to do it they are so disrespectful with it. And for Dr. Ali i would give zero stars if i could. He talks without giving you the time to respond, very unprofessional.

The doctor should change all the staff in the office because they lack ethics.
The reception staff are very bad, rude and disrespectful, they lie and talk rudely and loudly, they need to learn customer service and etiquette at the same time they answer the phone and put you on hold for a long time then they hang up, I took a video of them doing this to the callers just like they did to me several times, I will file a complaint about everything that happens here.
