Literally the worst clinic there is in ottawa. The doctors and the reception staff are absolutely terrible. They dont know how to do their job, they are disrespectful and absolutely disgusting. They refuse to do their job, and when they attempt to do it they are so disrespectful with it. And for Dr. Ali i would give zero stars if i could. He talks without giving you the time to respond, very unprofessional.

The doctor should change all the staff in the office because they lack ethics.
