I've been working with Katie Keen to figure out why, despite working out, eating plenty of protein, and taking GLP1, Im plateauing and even failing on my weight loss journey. Turns out I have a trifecta: PCOS, menopause, insulin resistance..... Katie to the rescue! She has provided me with so much terrific information and support. She's just the best. Cannot say enough good things about Capital Health and Dr. Brenna Butler. I have tried for years to get someone to listen and help me figure out why I just didn’t feel good.
