WARNING: Avoid "broker" Jovan Windley at all costs! I recently had a horrific experience (April 30 onward) with this person. After digitally signing all the papers and giving him a $50 bill as a tip to handle the DMV, return plates, help me transfer things in trunk of my old car to the new one (I'm 81, have arthritis, thought I'd need help) he disappeared with my old car and never returned my plates or my property still in the old car trunk. We've been having nothing but problems with the car we've already had to put like $3,000 into the car and he's hasn't even had the car for a month
If you buy a vehicle from here make sure you go over it and one tooth comb. Iv had nothing but problems with my truck that I bought from here bad oil leak,AC doesn’t work, bad wheel bearing u name it should have done my homework
