After reading the previous review YES THE VERY SAME HAS HAPPENED TO ME BUT WORSE. Mgr had been nice enough to have kept my cart on the lot and after I called and made a trip down from up North to specifically either pick up with my trailer or sell it. 4x's my cart was going to have batteries, ready to go in trailer and 4x's NOT.! Today I was told the company was downsizing their help hrs and have been taking inventory. My concern is that they don't shuffle my cart into their inventory as I have to be North!
