The " Anonomous" 1-star review! Don't let this review discourage you from using Capitol Glass. Fortunately, we don't have to deal with people like the "Wichert's very often. At Capitol Glass we go above and beyond the satisfy our customer's on a daily basis.
buyer beware and stay away! We purchased several thousand dollars in windows and doors with Capitol Glass. Two very large glass doors were ordered and placed in our home that were wrong. Capitol glass would make zero attempts to work with us and or meet in the middle. We received legal advice to return door and on attempts to do this, owner refused to accept. Owner called police and reported us as littering. Very lousy service and customers are last.
WOW MELINDA, you really need to learn some retail ettiquite. Wow! Melinda, I have never even shopped with your store. I found this review when reading another store's reviews. The fact that you responded online as an agent of Capitol Glass in the manner you did below, with no integrety, no tact and no professionalism, you will never see my business. Any retail establishment that is willing to stoop to that level doesn't deserve any customers. And no, I don't know your customer.
Very professional!! Please don't be turned off by the banter elsewhere here. I was surprised to read it especially since Capitol glass really works hard for their customers. I agree no names should of been used totally and everyone is entitled to their opinion but for what it's worth, Melinda no longer works for Capitol Glass
