Don't bother. They won't service unless you are an existing customer. Don't waste your time on hold. Skip it

Not responsive. Called three different times about broken cables on my garage door. Each representative I spoke with said someone would return my call in 24 hours. No one ever called back, no one ever came out. Had to use another company who came out the same day.

September 19th and almost all business are opened back up from the pandemic. Called this morning to schedule an appointment for the garage door of my rental property. Talked to a receptionist named Christy. She asks if I’m a new customer or returning customer, and I answer new customer. “I’m sorry, due to COVID19 we are only servicing returning customers” Keep in mind this is a garage door company, can easily have no contact service... Capital Garage Works is the Best. Customer service was excellent. Their staff was great in helping me understand the different types of garage doors which were available and what those differences mean. The response time to have my single family garage door installed was in a timely manner. I wouldn't go any where else.
