Recently my family used this funeral home for my grandmothers service. The price was unbelievable compared to the other funeral home my family usually used but the service was the same if not better since the funeral director was always there providing guidance and making sure the service happened with out flaws.
The worst experience ever! The poor service over shadowed my lost. The person I dealt with Joann was rude and was screaming at employees, she was absolutely classless. The funeral home was filthy and looked unkempt. The prices were a lot more than originally quoted. And I felt I was treated with no dignity because I wanted a cost efficient service.
This place may be a cheap alternative to a funeral home but the staff and service is enough reason to pay the full price of a traditional funeral home
