Worst Service Department We tried to have our ford serviced at Capital Ford. Because it was a warranty recall they basically did not want to service the vehicle and kept forgetting that we/it was there for servicing. After leaving our vehicle there for 4 hours for a 15 minute repair, we took our vehicle and they said when the part comes in they will call us. Needless to say, we never received a call.
