I brought my '09 Fusion in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday, and I must say that the people in service are super nice and very accommodating! I came in and gave my keys to a very polite man up front, then took a seat in the waiting room. As I sat down, I noticed that they had cookies, popcorn, soda, and water in the waiting room. took my truck to this place, after a long waiting that my vehicle was setting in the parking lot waiting to be work on, finally I was told that diagnose. the insure company goes by a national rule of labors, but the dealer doesn't recognise that guidance. bottom line the bill was mine. the job was barely 30 minutes, but the dealer charge for hour and half.
