Front desk lady is rude and disrespectful. She did not even know my co-pay and asked me if I knew it. I called after my appointment and she hung up the phone on me!!!! Very unprofessional! She told me she would put me on hold for the rest of the day!!! Horrible customer service!
I recently visited Dr. Gonzalez for the first time. I found him to be extremely friendly and efficient! He took care of a toenail problem that has plagued me for years. When he told me I was going to wish I had come to see him sooner, he was totally right! Glad I went in. Will recommend him to others.
Told me to buy new shoes and put an insert in my old shoes. Then told me a series of stretches for one month. Said would have a 50 percent relief in a month. My nerve problems did get worse. Waited awhile for him to come in acted so confident that’s what it was. Only talked to me for 15 mins.
Dr. Gonzales was very friendly and has great diagnostic skills. He takes time to explain all options for treatment. He also has a way to make you comfortable and feel listened to. Would not go anywhere else for my foot problems.
