Terrible!! I went in person to pre-order flowers. Gave my number, and they didn't even text first. After a week of nothing, I reached out to them. Took. her 3 days to reply and then ghosted me. Upset with how I was being treated, I went in person to talk to them and see what was going on, and nobody was there, even though the sign said open and the website said they would be open.
