Short version: My sister and I both had issues with this florist at our weddings - two years apart. I paid a lot of money and did not get the flowers I wanted. Some issues in the delivery I received were later resolved, others were not and this was the cause of major stress on the morning of my wedding. No compensation was offered at all.
