I have worked with Capital First for 13 years as a landlord. I have found them diligent and helpful in all situations. Sometimes the financial reimbursement is a little slow but has never been withheld or stolen. As a landlord I am grateful for the final say as tenants can be less than respectful at times. People simply need to review their paperwork. I would highly recommend working with them. They are honest, reponsive and truly care.
unethical company, property owners watch out, her home inspections take about 2 minutes, Dolores will run in open a kitchen cabinet door shut it then same in bathroom, that's her entire inspection, practically have to tackle Dolores to get her to listen to any issues with the property. tenants, she'll send you a notice letting you know about the inspection and it is usually on sunday from 9am to 5, she may or may not show, the last one she emailed at 10am the day of the inspection to say it was canceled, good luck getting yo... read more

Its been awhile but I thought we were the only ones to get screwed over by Delores. She has her own agenda and will stop at nothing to make a quick buck and harass you at anytime of the day or night, even make threats

Who the hell is the reviewer "HARLOYARD" -- very suspicious combination of letters from the name: "Dolores Loya Bedard"....the property manager that EVERY OTHER reviewer detests. Run away from this person.
Avoid renting from them if at all possible. I was gouged at every turn by this despicable, unethical woman and her cronies while a tenant in one of her properties. Sure, they'll respond to tenant repair requests. It could get costly for them if they don't, and they don't want to lose money. They looked for every angle to add a fee here and there.
