Alan is awesome! Rather than turn you away because you don’t fit in the box, he problem solves and makes the deal work for you! If you want speed and availability, I don't think you could find someone better than Alan. He was always available for questions or thoughts. During a volatile market, he was able to help plan and determine the best path while educating us on why rates might move and what to keep an eye on. I worked with 5 lenders during this process and he was by far the best.
