I was a patient at Dr. Curtis' office for 2 years. In that time they made two very serious mistakes. The first was when I was in for an annual physical and they were drawing blood. They had provided the lab with the wrong social security number so my blood sample was mixed up. I caught the mistake and had it corrected immediately. The second mistake took place a year later at another annual physical. Dr. Curtis' office requested bloodwork on my behalf that was unneccessary.
