I know this seems petty but their receptionist is just rude. My wife called to set up an appointment with Dr. Romano(who our insurance recommended) and the guy who answers the phone just said “she’s been retired since 2015” and hung up. Well forget about me asking for an alternative recommendation within your practice.
Been my primary doc since 18. Have made multiple same day appointments and seen without any issues. Office is tidy and quiet - i went there to study for a test for 2 hours before my appointment (they had no issues with that).
I have nothing but praise for Capitol Family Practice, which has been my GP for almost 20 years. The office is very well run, pleasant, and professional. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The staff moves me through my paces politely but efficiently. Once in the exam room, the doctor never makes me wait (or, in my case, the wonderful Nurse Practitioner Marie Fugitt, who has a particularly gentle, friendly manner wrapped in an attentive and experienced professional).
