Dr. Kamath was fantastic. So was Amanda, and I didn’t catch the name of the front desk person either but she was also super friendly and helpful. It was my very first eye exam and I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but they walked me through it and were incredibly kind and patient. It was thorough and it was clear Dr. Kamath put a lot of time and care into it. I felt so well taken care of, so thank you guys!

This was one of the worst doctor’s offices I’ve ever been to. Like most of the comments say, the technicians are very rude. They are especially rude to the elderly. The woman at the front desk, Amanda, was very nice and polite. She was the only nice technician in the office. Not sure what the one technician’s name was, but she was very rude and treated my grandmother horribly. My grandmother is hard of hearing, which is why I accompanied her into the room. I have been going to this practice between 15 to 20 years. I started out with Dr. Robinson at the Troy office and found him to be very competent. 10 years ago we moved to a different area so the Delmar office was more convenient. Upon that switch, I started seeing Dr. Kamath. I have never waited long at all in that office. My time is worth a lot. I have found them to be very efficient, and Dr. Kamath’s manor is very gentle.
