As an event planner for a membership organization, I have the opportunity to work with Capital Events a few times a year and it is always a pleasure. The rentals are in great shape and delivered on time. The communication is phenomenal and when we've had to make last minute changes, or additions, they are flexible and work to accommodate anything they can. I highly recommend that any event planner or venue build a relationship with Kayce and the team at Capital Events.
Capital Events worked with us for our rain plan for our wedding, which unfortunately we needed! They were so great, were willing to work with us on price, and made everything feel incredible. They created a beautiful intimate space, were reliable and showed up as we ended, and we highly recommend hiring them.
Capital Events was awesome to work with, not just in delivering the needed materials, but making sure they were set up accurately and according to specific needs and requests. Very professional and collaborative.
Great service! They were here to set-up at the time promised, along with the take down at the end of the day. Tables were in excellent shape and the tent was perfect!
