Kayce was SO HELPFUL in providing a quick and thoughtful quote for a desperate bride and groom whose wedding was cancelled last minute due to Hurricane Helene. She asked thoughtful questions and gave input that was excellent. She even pulled up GoogleEarth to get an idea of where the event was happening and the best place to set up different items. She went above and beyond!
Although Kayce was very nice! Nice doesn’t translate to good business! We understood one thing (based on what we were shown in the showroom). and the facts ended up being something else! We didnt receive what we rented and then were left to set up our own aisle chairs. And later. Blamed for telling someone we didn’t want them set up.(ridiculous by the way). then when we were to have a meeting with Kayce and the manager regarding our issue, she didn’t show!
