The guy at the Service Desk in DeWitt is a complete and utter @$$. Was looking for a replacement belt and had the old belt and owners manuals with me and he told me he couldn't help me.

Called to rent a trac loader for a couple days and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and acted as if he didn't want to rent anything out. So ended up renting from someone else. They were happy to rent to us. Going to be renting again soon And I promise it will not be at capital equipment in Clare. Will never do any business with them.
