I made an appointment to get an estimate on January 2. I took time off work, and went home to wait for the electrician. No one ever showed. I finally called the office and was told the electrician had been called to an emergency job, and would not be able to make my appointment. I asked that the electrician call me at work the next day to reschedule, and was told he would. No one has called me back. I can understand emergencies needing priority; but not letting me know my appointment needed to be rescheduled, and not calling... read more
Did a great job on short notice. Their electrician was professional, friendly and courteous. He went beyond what we had expected. I would be happen to recommend them to anyone who asks.
