I would stay away from this company. Very shady business practices, and they seem to have little regard for their customers. They admitted they had made an unauthorized medication substitution, but they refused to rectify it. They charged my credit card anyway. Now I'm stuck trying to get the correct medication elsewhere. Waste of my time and money.
The absolute worst service ever. Not only do they not deliver on time, they do NOT even TRY to deliver it normally! I am taking medication where I am only allowed to receive the medication in a small time frame window. Therefore, missing one or two days of delivery is MAJOR - a big deal because that can mean I will be out of medication for a whole month. This is my first time getting my prescription from Capital drugs pharmacy very friendly and caring if one prescription is not covered by insurance they ll do their best from their end to either get an alternative or get coupon . Thank you so much
They delivered it so fast, security was concerned. Lol.
This pharmacy is run by lazy and incompetent people, starting from the pharmacists/manager, trickling down to its employees. The girl @ the cashier gave me the wrong pick up date for my medication. I asked to speak to the pharmacist on the following Monday and she apologized for the miscommunication and assured me she would take care of it.
