Long but honest review.. Bought a 2020 Wrangler Sahara just over a month ago. Test drove it and made some points about it not sounding right and being dirty on the inside. Was informed all 2.0 litres sound like it does and it’d be detailed/buffed before I picked it up. Went in to pick it up a week later and neither the detail or buffing had been done. How difficult it is to type “ water leak from Ac under the dashboard on passengers side” I called multiple time and I heard the staff typing my words and when I sent my truck with my friend and I got the call I repeated my words, that’s of course after I changed my heat elements and did AC maintenance with them, Since then, I went back five times with issues related to the repair, And I had to pay for diagnostic, even though it’s their screwup. Unfortunately had a horrible experience with this dealership. Knowing I was travelling from an extended distance, was given incorrect information prior to my trip, and informed when I got there that it was an "honest mistake" multiple staff involved and was just an absolute mess. They're lack of professionalism, and honesty cost me time and money.
