Frustrating and dishonest experience. I visited this dealership and worked with a salesperson named Yahya. I was still undecided on the car, but was told we could move forward with financing and decide later. Then the finance person asked me to pay $500 to hold the car, saying it was fully refundable even if I didn’t buy. I later chose not to go ahead with the purchase, but when I called for my refund, they completely changed their story — now saying the $500 is only refundable if I buy the car.
