Dr. Miron is very good and I had a good experience with him extracting three wisdom teeth. However, the front desk is very bad. I dont remember the name but her communication way is rude, terrible, and not professional at all.
We arrived 30 min prior to the scheduled surgery as asked at 730 am. The two women at the front desk when my daughter approached were rude and unprofessional. Telling her to wait while the woman finished her story about the T-shirt she got her son for Christmas. Then once she was ready to check her in she was cold and totally rude. Post op day one and feeling great! Experienced no pain, medication sent on time to pharmacy. Pricing is the best compared to other places. I was quoted $2700 somewhere else, this place charged me $1060 for the same job and was able to get me booked in a week. All staff here are helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place, don’t let other poor reviews prevent you from getting your dental health taken care of. Thank you Dr. Miron and your staff.
