Dr. Dermody was amazing! I had two teeth extracted under sedation, and the entire process was so smooth. I experienced no pain at all after the surgery and didn’t even need to take any medication. I just let it heal naturally. Thank you so much for such a great experience!
Dr. Miron is very good and I had a good experience with him extracting three wisdom teeth. However, the front desk is very bad. I dont remember the name but her communication way is rude, terrible, and not professional at all.
We arrived 30 min prior to the scheduled surgery as asked at 730 am. The two women at the front desk when my daughter approached were rude and unprofessional. Telling her to wait while the woman finished her story about the T-shirt she got her son for Christmas. Then once she was ready to check her in she was cold and totally rude. This does not inspire confidence when going in for surgery. First impressions are important and these women couldn’t have cared less. Patient and family experience was completely lacking.
