Have tried to get someone to come fix our 3 bay cooler for about a week and a half. Had several empty promises of callbacks.. waiting on owner(s) of company to call. This would have been a 1 time visit to our store to replace a compressor, but they're just SOOOO BUSY. Reception lady is RUDE, talks over people on the phone, and seemingly has no interest in helping customers. Wanted to support a local business... will probably look elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
