I have been going to this practice for many years. I went when To see Jerome Hill, When he was in Albany. I went the other day to see Andrew for a couple of spots on my back that were itching me First thing he said was: You need to go to see your primary physician for something like that! I was flabbergasted! I also had some spots on my face. I wanted to show him, but he pretty much blew me off. I firmly recommend not using Capital District Dermatology! My son went in for a skin check. We have previously used this office for him with no issues. However, this time we saw the Physician Assistant, Andrew. He explained that since my son was under 18, he would need to see his pediatrician for a skin check and refused to perform one himself.
