I have been going to this practice for many years. I went when To see Jerome Hill, When he was in Albany. I went the other day to see Andrew for a couple of spots on my back that were itching me First thing he said was: You need to go to see your primary physician for something like that! I was flabbergasted! I also had some spots on my face. I wanted to show him, but he pretty much blew me off.
