Recently I had my first colonoscopy (awful experience) and there were some complications that lingered because of the 'prep' that was involved. Being that I was in pain they actually fit me in the next day! When I booked the appt. I requested a female Dr. but when I arrived I found out that I was scheduled with a male Dr. (bcuz it was of an urgent matter). I was horrified and wanted to run...
