Everything was great up until we switched to from in person to online. The voicemail instructs you to communicate with your therapist through the patient portal, which I did. But there were multiple times when my requests for an virtual appointment were not answered. From the staff at reception to the counselors, everyone is super friendly and professional. The counselors are very accommodating and helped and is still helping and supporting my family.

This practice doesn't even deserve even a one star. The way and manner I was treated by the staff member Linda Leonard was just disgusting and careless. She was made very clear I had just recently gotten out of the hospital after being in there for a month. Due to a very serious suicide attempt that put me in the ICU. All she did was offer a appointment next month for med's. Multiple other employees had to get involved due to incompetent ability to do her own job.

I've sent emails and called several times trying to ask a few questions and get appointments for my daughter and I. No return phone calls yet. Finally got an email back several weeks after writing to them and all they had to say was "You owe [lots of money]. Pay us now to avoid further action." I've NEVER received a bill from them so threatening "further action" feels pretty aggressive AND they didn't answer any of my questions. So frustrating. I'm going somewhere else.
