I had my MS infusion here for the first time this past week, and I have to say, I was pretty nervous going in since I’d been going to the same place for years. Clean, bright and modern facility with friendly professional staff. Very accommodating with flexible hours.
I have visited in the past and everyone was personable, kind and seemed to really enjoy their job. I just recently went back and the Dr was cold, rude and condescending. The employee who did my infusion previously must have left and seeing who she worked under, I can’t say I blame her.
Where to begin, I am so grateful to Dr. Alapati and her staff. I have CRPS, which is known for being the most painful condition known to man. I unfortunately have it full body with organ involvement. It impacts the sympathetic and automatic nervous systems with new info that it is also autoimmune and has a genetic component. I have been told for 10 years that I need ketamine infusions.
