Amazing compassionate humans who go out of their way to make sure everyone feels heard, comfortable, and gets proper treatment in the most efficient manner possible. The office is so patient-care focused it’s obvious to see from the first phone call to walking out the door at the end of the infusion process.

OK, first of all I contacted this clinic during a very vulnerable time. My ferritin was extremely low And I was extremely symptomatic. The office manager was extremely nice and had explained to me which medication would most likely not need a prior authorization. My doctor ordered that medication and agreed that that was the one that my Insurance would most likely cover and that that one would be the one with the least amount of effects. I had my MS infusion here for the first time this past week, and I have to say, I was pretty nervous going in since I’d been going to the same place for years. But from the very first phone call, every worry I had melted away. The woman who helped me set everything up was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful.
