Clean, bright and modern facility with friendly professional staff. Very accommodating with flexible hours.
I have visited in the past and everyone was personable, kind and seemed to really enjoy their job. I just recently went back and the Dr was cold, rude and condescending. The employee who did my infusion previously must have left and seeing who she worked under, I can’t say I blame her.
Where to begin, I am so grateful to Dr. Alapati and her staff. I have CRPS, which is known for being the most painful condition known to man. I unfortunately have it full body with organ involvement. It impacts the sympathetic and automatic nervous systems with new info that it is also autoimmune and has a genetic component. I have been told for 10 years that I need ketamine infusions. This place is the best place to get infusions. I've went there a few times for infusion treatments and Sierra and the staff are always welcoming and do whatever they can to make sure that you are comfortable. Sam is great at her job. She is caring and compassionate and always checks to make sure that I was comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.
