Everyone was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable about my experience
I felt a comfortable, friendly and professional atmosphere the moment I came into the office. I was attended to right away by the receptionist and ushered into the procedure room on schedule. The nurse was friendly, professional and knew exactly what she was doing. She got my IV started on one attempt! Really the entire group made me at ease, comfortable and I felt assured everything would be fine. I was promptly attended to on schedule. Everyone was friendly, respectful and professional, and I felt at ease and comfortable throughout my procedure. The doctor took time in explaining the findings and treatment and I felt very much assured upon discharge and felt good on my way home.
The staff was wonderful and the professionalism was great. If you have to have colonoscopy I highly recommend their services. In and out, watchful atmosphere.
