My doctor referred me here for a specific service. The office was prompt and called me to schedule an appointment. They waited until after I had paid and was in the exam room to tell me they could not help me with the issue I was specifically referred for. Because I mentioned another minor issue, they refused to refund or reduce their fee. This has lead to a delay in my ability to receive the care I need. The doctor was professional and empathetic, but I am wary of their scheduling and referral review practices.
I give this place an A++++ Had a great experience, doctors and staff are wonderful!
After explaining my concerns to a staff member I was given the first available appointment very quickly. I explained my problem to Dr. Park and he was extremely responsive intaking the next steps and put me at ease. The staff and Dr. Park were extremely helpful and ready to assist me. I will be seeing him again for follow up.
