Met with Dr.Bhinder on July 1st due to some gastrointestinal problems. I enjoyed my visit and he ordered some testing to be completed. I completed my testing and one of my tests came back positive. I called the office 3x and left a voicemail and messaged on the portal only to be responded to by a different provider who stated my doctor was on vacation. Visit with Dr was good once we got to see him. 45 mins after our apt time he came in. I had to go out and ask why we were waiting so long. The reply was he’s running behind. At least someone could have come in the room and say he was running behind or something. It’s annoying to be put in a run and sit and stare at the walls for 45 mins. we even came in 15 mins early as asked to update insurance etc. Had we been a few mins late we would t have been seen
Amazing office staff and Drs .Dr Bhinder went above and beyond , made sure my insurance covered prep . Very knowledge, passionate, caring practice your not just a number. I appreciate you and your staff ❤️
