I'm a patient here and they are not very responsive. I've been trying to get in touch with the nurse/doc to get a lower dosage of a prescribed medication for 2 weeks. No answers to messages sent in the patient portal. No call backs to voicemails left on the nurse line. Wanted to switch my pharmacy for weeks, no one responded. It's not worth going here.
As the other comments stated if you have PCOS they are very dismissive uneducated and uninformed.....u walk in and they automatically think u want weight loss meds and will tell u you gonna have hard time.i literally have every problem that would qualify you for help but yet these people not doin the work to make sure u get the medication that will actually help you.very dismissive that why u have to always advocate for yourself and the office is slight ghetto and they over book.
I recently visited Dr. Mammadova's office due to a hormone imbalance. Unfortunately, the appointment was disappointing. The doctor seemed dismissive and did not perform a physical exam. Additionally, they did not address my concerns regarding my thyroid or pre-diabetes. I would recommend seeking care from a different provider.
I wanted to say that I have an awesome experience. Everybody the front desk are very welcome very helpful answering all my questions and the doctor that provided me for the second time her name is Alyssa. I cannot get enough how helpful she is. Alyssa explain my medical condition that I have thyroid, she went above and beyond she explained every little details because I didn’t know what could it be glad It wasn't too severe but I do wanted to say that I do recommend this place I do recommend Alyssa.
