One of the worst developers in toronto. Don’t buy anything these guys sell. Worse quality and build. They will change 1 broken thing with something even more broken. Example kitchen cabinet with a scratch was changed to one with a dent. Don’t waste your money. Lots of better developers. Edit: If you have any doubts I suggest reading the reviews on Azura condo. That is the building they built with so much water and hvac problems from the beginning. Those reviews all belong to capital developments.
