Recently looked At leasing multiple homes through this property management company the homes look amazing but no wonder they are still on the market. The receptionist I talked to was completely Misinformed on Washington’s fair housing act of laws regarding emotional support animals As well as going off only one person’s income when both people can clearly pay the rent on the home.
Unsure what is wrong with Ms. Diana... Does she not want to rent any properties out for a reason?? I believe in giving feedback to help businesses improve, and I hope this review encourages management to provide better training in customer service. A little kindness and patience can go a long way...
WOW!!!!! Please hire a new receptionist. No wonder you have properties on the market for months. Disgusting how she treats people. And clearly doesn’t know Washington state laws!!!
Called after being interested in a leasing a house, and I was told that I would not qualify because I have two ESAs. What the receptionist said is completely agains the FHA in Washington. Also, when getting more information about income, it was all based on my husband and never asked about my own income and employment.
Lol seems like I’ve had the same experience as others property manager told me that my partner and I would have to make six figures to rent one if the most outdated properties I’ve requested info about yet.. I only requested info because it was cheap and figured it would work until we decide to buy something. Almost made me feel like there is truly no hope for working class anymore.
