Appointment was easy to obtain. Mollie’s customer service is outstanding. The ambience in the entire office is amazing. The expertise and camaraderie is evident with each team member encounter. Dr Forbes is an expert in his field. Despite his experience and knowledge he explains every action and outcome in a way that is easy to follow and understand. Mattie and Armani are professional and determined in meeting each patient’s needs. I am very satisfied with Capital Dental Designs and will be a returning patient.
If you are anxious about the dentist or just want an amazing doctor and staff, or both, go here! Every person in this practice is wonderful, caring, kind, and very professional. You will never regret walking through their doors. Everything is state of the art and explained thoroughly. I never feel rushed and questions are welcomed, in fact encouraged.
One of the rarest of occasions when five stars is simply inadequate. Dr. Forbes and the entire Capital Dental Design team are absolutely amazing! To think that my first visit was a mere eight months ago, and that as I sit here typing this review I have an entirely new smile amazes me. By way of background, I am a heavy grinder and over the last 30 years had managed to wear my teeth down in front to the point that I looked like a 90 y/o British man from the 1960's. A++++++ I have been working in the dental field for 40 years. This is by far the most incredible office that I have ever been in. From the initial reach out I made to the office the call team was amazing. I entered the beautiful office for my consultation and was immediately greeted with smiling faces like I had been there before.
