Booked an appointment for me and my family for an initial appointment, TLDR; won't be coming back. So we booked the appointment and got their online forms to fill out. The formatting is terrible and takes about 10-15 minutes per person for a task that would take 3 minutes in person. Technology is making this harder than writing with a pen. Then we get there 15 minutes early, and 30 minutes after our appointment time, they tell us they are already an hour behind schedule and so cancel 2 of our 3 appointments because they want... read more
I have been coming here for years with never any issues. Since changing the name of the practice I’m not sure if ownership changed as well, but it’s a mess. I scheduled an appointment on the phone for September 2 at 11am. I put it in my calendar while I was on the phone with them and received a confirmation text.
