The clinic is clean, the receptionist is polite, the doctor is cheerful, and the support is attentive.
Went for a cleaning. The hygienist cleaned half my mouth and told me to come back next week while constantly making rude remarks about my teeth. I told her to make the same appointment for 10 am next week. She made it for 940. Without talking to me about it. By the time I was headed there and realized the time difference they told me they could try and do as much as they can rather than fixing the situation. Unacceptable
Everyone is so very kind and caring. Had an appointment to discuss sleep apnea devices and immediately felt heard and supported. Booked a cleaning right after and will continue coming! The hygienist that saw me was very supportive and accommodating when I mentioned sound sound sensitivity and cold sensitivity. Cleaning was smooth and pain free! Also, lots of understanding and support around brushing/flossing habits when dealing with mental health.
I cannot thank Dr. Louis and the team at Bluesky Dental enough! I experienced a severe dental emergency and they managed to fit me in quickly. From the moment I walked in, their calm, empathetic approach put my nerves completely at ease. Dr. Louis performed emergency root canal surgery quickly and completely painlessly. The level of care, professionalism, and follow-up was outstanding! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent or routine dental care.
