Been calling and leaving voicemails for this company for 3 days now. Nobody answers and nobody calls back. Thank you for the wonderful recommendation Acer.
Acer referred me to them as their official parts department. I spent over a week calling many, many times per day. Nobody ever answered a single time or returned a voicemail
Tried reaching this company for 3 weeks. No call back, no answer. It's amazing how terrible people run their companies. I would NEVER recommend a company that takes this long to respond.

I had an extremely unusual request in that the letter “R” came off from the Predator logo in the front of my gaming monitor. Mark was able to understand my request and send me the small front part of the monitor which had the logo for me to replace. Extremely satisfied with the outcome of my request.
