i placed an order over Christmas break for a oil sight glass. its the holidays and understand. We all get time off and deserve to. when you call the 1-800 number to check on order it goes to voicemail, also tried to place a part order and get the same. I'm starting to worry I'm not getting the part and have been scammed. with lack of communication this is not recommended.

Great service and price for BMW motorcycle parts. Capital Cycle's price beat any I could find online or locally. However, not all parts are the same quality as original. I rebuilt a '75 R90/6 and although some parts I ordered were ok, others were not. Another lower quality item was the rubber gear shift lever, which wore more quickly and marked up my riding boots more than the origin... read more

I purchased a Siebenrock power kit for my BMW, and mistakenly had been sent the wrong kit. Ed was on vacation when I contacted the shop, and he got right on it the moment he was back. He worked very hard to get me a replacement. Great Guy, Great Company.
