Great Neighborhood and friendly people but only one major issue, parking is a disaster!! Community spots are never available when u have guest!!! Also no street parking!!! Good luck
Would not recommend my worst enemy to live here. Awful built doll houses, everything is dry wall, the concrete is already cracking, you have AC units failing after 1 YEAR OF BEING BUILT I mean my 97 year old grandfather could’ve built better. HOA is worse than nazis none of them live there and the community is littered with garbage and dog poop, DONT MOVE HERE. 400k for what? Economicaly built homes at a ridiculous price these homes are built like doll house from sheet rock they put really cheap products in them the shower head had to be changed and you could see the difference in the way the water flowed after changing. The back door handles fall out from just a child's touch. Other home owners have also said theirs fell off while opening. I would never purchase from this company they use inferior products but want a lot of money for their homes.
