Attentive, friendly staff that reflects the attentive, friendly disposition of the dentist.
Always smiles, always available, knowledgeable and attentive, in a nice space that takes away from the fact you are actually at the dentist's office (!).
The admin staff and Doctor are always welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Banks is very thorough in his examination and takes his time answering questions. The hygienist clearly explained everything she was doing which is appreciated. The only downside was the hygienist was 20 minutes late before calling me back. An apology would have been helpful.
