A gentleman came to look at the bathroom remodel we wanted to do. I had obtained quotes the year before but couldn't do it then. After showing me tile that I didn't like, he came back a second time (with no new tile) and told us that the remodel would cost OVER $50K. I asked for a detailed estimate and I could not get one.
